Tilicho Lake & Round Annapurna Trekking

Tilicho Lake (Tilicho Tal) trekking it is located in Annapurna region of the central Nepal Himalaya. The Lake situated in 4920m it is one of the highest altitude located lake in world. Tilicho Lake treks is the Annapurna undoubtedly provides some of the world's best trekking routes, including as it does a greater variety of scenery and culture than can be found in any other comparable area. Some trekkers who don't wish to pass through Mesokanto La Pass they choose Tilicho Lake with Round Annapurna (Annapurna circuit / Thorung La pass).

This trek is begins from Besi Sahar (7 hours bus journey from Kathmandu old bus park) and Tilicho Lake trekking first you will follow a part of the famous Annapurna Circuit trekking until Manang village. After Manang you'll head towards Khangsar village (On the way to Tilicho Lake) today you will stay over there and next day continue trek until Tilicho Base Camp where is available teahouse facilities so you have to stay over there and next day visit Tilicho Lake same day return to Khangsar village then next day continues trek to Letdar finally you catch up trail goes to Thorung La pass. This is great high passes trekking of Annapurna where you will have nice panoramic views of Annapurnas, Thorung Peak, Nilgiri, Chulu west/east, Tukuche Peak, Dhaulagiri and many more. You can fly back from Jomsom or walk back to Pokhara

Permit for Tilicho Lake and round Annapurna only apply to have Annapurna conservation area project (ACAP) entry permit it cost RS 2000 per person and Trekkers’ information management system (TIMS).
