The most demanding & the popular tour to Tibet is a 08 days package, where people start their one of the most spectacular overland journey on the 920 km stretch of road, known as the friendship highway, between Kathmandu & Lhasa and fly back from there. The trip allows a number of detours to the highlights of the Tsang Province and the Lhasa City. The trip offers a spectacular insight into the life and culture of the friendly Tibetan people,from the ancient monasteries with chanting monks, to the tranquil shores of the Turquoise Lake Yamdrok Tso, to the kumbum (literally 100,00 images), the most stunning architectural wonder of Tibet & to the city of wonders, the Lhasa. This trip concludes with the breathtaking Trans-Himalayan flight from Lhasa to Kathmandu.

ITINERARY: 7 NIGHTS 8 DAYS TIBET BUDGET TOUR
Day 01:Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari (4 hrs.) after immigration farmalities in Zhangmu-2300 m, continue drive to Nyalam-3450m, Guest house
Day 02: Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, Guest house
Day 03: Lhatse - Shigatse (3900 m.),Overnight Hotel
Cossing the Lalung-La (4500 m) and continuing across the plains to Shigatse.
Day 04: Shigatse - Gyantse (3950 m.) tour. Overnight Hotel
After visiting the Tashilimpu Monastery, it's a short drive to Gyantse with its amazing sights - Khumbum, Palkor Chode Monastery.
Day 05: Gyantse - Lhasa (3650 m.) tour
The highlight of this day is the beautiful turquoise lake, Yamdruk - Tso. After crossing the Kamba- La and the Yarlung (Brahmaputra) River, the journey ends in Lhasa.
Day 06: Lhasa Sightseeing (visit Potala palace, Sera Monastery and Drepung Monastery)
Day 07: Lhasa Sightseeing (visit Jokhang temple and Barkhor Street/Bazaar)
Day 08: Transfer to the airport and fly out.
