I want to write this recommendation to say the Helambu trek I made with Binod's company was 12/10. Everything Binod described when I planned it with him turned out be exactly as he promised. My Guide was the best of company, as was the porter. After 7 days I had seen and achieved a lot in spectacular terrain, and enjoyed amazing local culture and hospitality. As our trek started with cancelled flights to Lukla two days after we had opportunity to appreciate the all-arranged service of the company which readily rescheduled and re-organized our trekking so on the second day we flew to Pokhara and went for the Annapurna Base comp trek - which was amazing we were pleasantly surprised pie the rich rhododendron and bamboo forests which cover most of the lower valleys our guide was very experienced and always good - humored , Just the same as the never tiring two potters, they would greet us playing football when we finally arrived the roughly exhausted at our destination lodge. Generally the lodges were well- chosen and comfy. Also, one advantage of doing a very popular trekking route is that you always meet a lot of friendly co-trekkers for a nice chat in the evening. The weather was not constantly excellent - there were a few really heavy downpours , But we were lucky and when we got up to the M BC and ABC the view was superb in the night as well as in the day. This is my second trip to Nepal. Previously, I completed the Annapurna base camp trek. This time I choose to go to Gokyo Lake. I was apprehensive as I knew little about Alpine Adventure Club what I read on their website. However, upon reaching at Kathmandu airport, I was warmly received by Binod (My trip operator) himself. He brought me to a pleasant hotel and introduced me to a very friendly and reliable trekking guide. I only get the porter when I reached at Lukla but he was just as helpful and amiable. They help me a lot when the treks proved to be very hard for me.
I should also point out that Binod provided very fast email before my trip. He would offer suggestions and tips for all my queries. I highly recommend this trekking agency to anyone who wants to new the grand mountains of Nepal. - Tan Hong Wee - (Singapore)
I really enjoyed the ABC (Annapurna base Camp) trek. It was a nice way with beautiful, different landscape during the whole trek. We could see the rhododendron in flower. We walked together with a friendly, well experienced guide who could always answer our questions also I like the joking porters very much. The accommodation always was well chosen by the guide and the standard was higher than I expected. We have enjoyed very much the Annapurna base camp trekking. We have come back very exhausted but at the same time completely satisfied and happy. The landscapes, the mountains,
the forests are incredibly beautiful but the most important has been the people. We found the company over the internet and from our first interaction received prompt and through service, every promise was met, every detail taken care of we have never traveled to Nepal before and we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the countryside, majesty of the beauty and strength of the people. Trekking was the ideal way to experience all of this, we walked for 8 days we wished we could have walked for 8 days. Tibet Motor Biking Tour: After 15 days roaming back and forth to Lhasa with three motorcycles organized perfectly by Mr. Binod Thapa we are back safe in Kathmandu. Supposedly was an adventures trip but Mr. Binod had covered all angles and the only adventure was left for us was to drive our bikes. I could say that everything was planed ahead and thank you for the pleasant trip. We were a group of four and three of us driving Enfield motorcycles with a Land cruiser covering our backs.

We are a group of three Irish Backpackers in our mid twenties on the final day of our around the world trip we wished to plan the trip in advance
and found the Alpine Adventure Club Treks & Expedition website (www.nepal-guide.com) very informative. Binod Thapa was very helpful and quick to respond to all our queries. On arrival in Kathmandu It was great to be welcomed by Binod Thapa and brought to his office where he gave us a detailed description of what was to be ahead of us over the next 12 days. We also got to meet our trekking guide there at the office.
We found the 12 days trekking bit tough at times last arrival it was an absolutely amazing experience. We stayed in Teahouse along the route, all of which meet ok expectations. We found that both guide and porter added immensely to the quality of our trip. Our guide had very good English which allowed him to respect his knowledge of country, Area, Route, Mountains and Local Sherpa people.

Before we fixed our trip we have had e-mail contact to the Mr. Binod Thapa and we were very impressed about his fast and detailed answers to our many questions. Our four weeks in Nepal were wholly planned by Binod Thapa he choose our hotel in Thamel, organized a guided tour 
in Kathmandu valley, the “Sailung trek” and four days “Chitwan national park” He even cared about our transfer from Airport to hotel and back and fixed our bus trip to “Chitwan” so we could feel very comfortable by not having any reason to worry about our program planning. Everything had been done very professional and we can recommend this reliable company. The crew that accompanied us was very well selected. They cared about us all the time and prepared everything for us they worked quick like ants so they hardly let us any chance to help them for example by building up the tents. Every day we were wondering how they were able to carry that heavy luggage and nevertheless all of them were always smiling and in good mood. So that we both really enjoyed the time staying together with them sometimes singing or dancing and learning more and more Nepali words.
The food our cook and his assistants prepared for us was always opulent and delicious. He offered us a huge variety of different dishes and two times he surprised us with a self-made worm chocolate cake. So there are only positive things to tell about crew and we both would like to say a big thank you.

Being back in Kathmandu after a 14 days Trek to Langtang Valley & Gosaikunda Pass I am still very impressed from the magnificent views. I went on a trek with Binod Thapa to Anapurna. It was just me, him, and a porter. I was in Nepal for 9 days (I wish I could have stayed longer) and Binod arranged everything, from the moment he picked me up from the airport to when he dropped me off at the same airport nine days later. He arranged for housing, meals, sightseeing in Kathmandu and Pokhara, and the trek. I chose him as a guide based on the recommendation of some dear and trustworthy friends who had been on a trek with him before, and in retrospect I made a very good choice.
Although he is young, Binod has a lot of experience with trekking, he knows the trails inside out and the people involved in the tourism industry at various levels, he is a good organizer and he made all the necessary arrangements for the trip in a very professional way. He also speaks very good English and is very knowledgeable about Nepal in general, so apart from being a good guide, he was pleasant company and I learned a lot about the local culture from my conversations with him. So yes, I recommend that you use him as a guide.
